Full-Time Field Service Engineer

• Carry out preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and updates of equipment and training.
• Provide on-site assistance in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure the functionality and safety of research and clinical equipment.
• Write technical documentation and intervention reports.
• Manage car stock and work closely with sales and applications team.

You have a bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, and mechatronics engineering.

You have experience as a field service engineer ideally with a background in research/clinical or diagnostics equipment.

You have a solid understanding of electronics, mechanics, fluidics, and optics.

Basic knowledge of natural sciences, diagnostics, therapeutics, and biology is desirable.

Experience with imaging, flow cytometry or cell sorting equipment is an advantage.

Fluency in (technical) English and French is essential.

Knowledge of IT tools (hardware and software) is required.

Quality customer service, organizational, and planning mindset, combined with the ability to technically analyze the problems to be solved.

You will travel regionally and domestically with occasional international travel.

This position is home-office based in the South of France and includes an attractive bonus and a company car.
