Job Details
- Carry out preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and updates of equipment and training.
- Provide on-site assistance in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ensure the functionality and safety of research and clinical equipment.
- Write technical documentation and intervention reports.
- Manage car stock and work with sales and applications team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, or mechatronics engineering.
- Experience as a field service engineer in research/clinical or diagnostics equipment.
- Understanding of electronics, mechanics, fluidics, and optics.
- Knowledge of natural sciences, diagnostics, therapeutics, and biology is desirable.
- Experience with imaging, flow cytometry or cell sorting equipment is an advantage.
- Fluency in (technical) English and French is essential.
- Knowledge of IT tools (hardware and software) is required.
- Quality customer service, organizational, and planning mindset.
- Ability to technically analyze problems.
- Valid clean driving license mandatory.
