Grosvenor Casinos is on a journey to become the UK's most loved casinos. As a Support Technician (Field Service Engineer), you will maintain gaming products across the region and estate to maximize revenue and profit.
Ideally located around Southampton. You will support a region, covering venues further afield as needed.
This role works closely with suppliers, support teams, and operations to ensure a quick response to product faults and undertake installations/alterations, adhering to company policy and health and safety.
- Address faults/failures swiftly, liaising with the Technical Services Manager and clubs.
- Carry out gaming product moves as directed by the Technical Services Manager.
- Provide ongoing maintenance to reduce downtime and faults.
- Update software as needed.
- Provide on-site training to club operations teams.
- Assist IT with on-site problems.
- Act as liaison engineer for subcontractors.
- Investigate and identify new technology.
- Maintain adequate spare parts.
- Ensure prompt return of replacement parts.
- Familiarize yourself with new products to repair and train operations teams.

Experience required: Proven experience as a Support Technician or similar role. This is a field-based role; daily travel to venues is expected.
