Full-Time Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer to deliver high-quality service for enhanced machine performance and customer experience. Hands-on, presentable, and eager to work in a customer-facing role. Aptitude for machine operations, mechanical, electrical, computational, and operational aspects.

• Ensure machines perform to expectations.
• React to machine issues promptly.
• Problem solve for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machine problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Remove and install mechanical components.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve instructions.
• Maintain relationships with sales and customer care.
• Contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain company tools.
• Assist in training new engineers.

• Bachelor of Engineering preferred
• 5+ years of experience required
• Knowledge of electrical schematics
• Understanding of electronics and wiring
• MS Office suite proficiency
• Ability to interpret technical procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• PC Building and Diagnostic skills

• Able to perform frequent bending, kneeling, and standing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to distinguish colors

• Food processing plants, farms, cold storage facilities
• Willingness to work overtime
• Travel up to 80%
