Avery Dennison is looking for a Field Service Technician in the Central US.
- Installation & Integration: Lead on-site installations and integration with customer infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Act as technical escalation point for equipment failures, performing diagnostics.
- Proactive Maintenance: Perform predictive and preventative maintenance.
- Remote & On-Site Support: Provide real-time assistance via phone and video. Travel up to 75%.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in Field Service.
- Reside in the Central US near a major airport.
- Experience with apparel industry equipment (thermal printing, embroidery machines, heat presses).
- Proven remote troubleshooting skills.
- Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (110V/220V).
- Exceptional communication skills.
