Field Service Technician
Testing Stow's shuttle systems & mobile racks. Repairing Stow's shuttle systems & mobile racks. Supervising assembly teams in large repairs of mobile racks. Commissioning and providing customer training for automated systems. Preventive maintenance (triggered by service contracts). Telephone support to end users and integrators.
Technical Requirements
Technical degree or equivalent through experience.
- Mechanics
- Electronics (AC/DC, Motors 3-Phase and DC, reading E-Plans/Electronic schemes)
Software Affinity and Languages
Affinity with software is recommended. Good knowledge of English. Other languages are a plus.
Computer Skills
- MS Office and Teams
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel to Europe for training. Consistent travel to project sites across the USA and Canada (approximately 90%).
