Opportunity: Ambrook is built in partnership with the people we serve. We need a Field Storyteller to capture and share the work of farmers, ranchers, and small business owners.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer operations
- Document stories through video, photography, and interviews
- Ensure customers feel supported and celebrated
- Turn raw footage into content across various formats (videos, social posts, ads)
- Own social media content calendar and posting
- Collaborate with customer success, sales, and product marketing
Within 1 Month:
- Shadow customer success
- Learn Ambrook's brand
- Plan, capture, and produce 5 customer stories
- Deliver photo and video assets
- Establish a repeatable workflow
Within 3 Months:
- Become a content production machine
- Maintain high output and improve production process
- Repackage and distribute content
- Expand into new formats/distribution methods
- Increase social media engagement
