At H1, the Finance team plays a crucial role in overseeing financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and planning. As a Finance Analyst, you'll be part of a highly visible team.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Support the finance team in reporting and analyzing key metrics such as ARR and churn.
- Provide actionable insights on revenue and collection trends, customer retention and profitability.
- Assist with the implementation of variable compensation plans.
- Track and calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions.
- Support monthly financial presentations.
- Implement scalable processes through automation and process improvement.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis on critical business needs.
- 3+ years of experience in a Finance department
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major field
- Experience in B2B SaaS financial modeling is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
