Full-Time Finance Analyst Senior

• Support senior finance management and business stakeholders in producing analysis and reporting.
• Day to day activities will include profit and loss reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Work collaboratively and develop strong relationships within the Business Unit.
• Research and resolve premium, claims, and expense discrepancies.
• Reconcile financial results on a periodic basis for both P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Perform financial analysis, general ledger reconciliations, and generate key reports.
• Utilize information from third parties and Business Units to report financial results.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving moderately complex accounting issues.
• Solid understanding of month-end close processes and account analysis.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
