About the roleThis individual will play a key role in the development and delivery of high-profile change initiatives across Nucleus. You will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of finance projects, bringing experience, knowledge of business change, expertise in Finance, and project management skills, to help deliver great customer outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with our Finance Transformation Director and members of Exco, you will play a crucial role in addressing enhancement initiatives within Finance and the change environment. You will bring strong corporate experience of Finance and change in financial services, be influential in setting standards, and critically assess and report on progress.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up project monitoring and reporting packs for Exco and the Board.
- Supporting the CFO and Exco members on enhancement opportunities, setting high standards and assessing the quality and embeddedness of actions.
- Performing quality assurance over actions, supporting evidence, and embedding changes, working with second and third lines of defence.
- Proactively communicating issues, concerns, and solutions.
- Providing excellent customer service and managing risk and control, ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct.
About youYou will be a qualified accountant with strong corporate knowledge of Finance activities, experienced in change management, comfortable with senior stakeholders, a strong team player, and with an appetite for supporting and delivering change.
