Full-Time Finance Manager - FTC 14 Months

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing month-end processes (accruals, prepayments, revenue, software capex).
2. Handling intercompany processes, funding movements, and charges.
3. Preparing journal entries, supporting schedules, general ledger reconciliations, and analysis.
4. Overseeing and reviewing client liability reconciliations, ensuring accuracy within Blackline.
5. Reviewing and approving junior team member reconciliations with appropriate support.
6. Analyzing financial information for assets, liabilities, and income statement accounts.
7. Reviewing payroll for correct coding and understanding key movements.
8. Collaborating with FP&A to understand financial performance, align with business movements, and respond to queries.
9. Assisting in preparing financial statements for local filing.
10. Managing company requests with external/internal auditors.
11. Reviewing indirect tax returns (VAT/GST), reconciling with ledger and Netsuite tax reports.
12. Analyzing ledger activity for month-end reporting and tax analysis.
13. Preparing financial data for regulatory entities' capital adequacy support.
14. Creating regulatory reports with the Payment operations team and compliance.
15. Managing tactical banking access requirements.
16. Preparing interim financial statements as needed.
17. Assisting with technical analysis for the tax department (transfer pricing).
18. Identifying process improvement opportunities, developing solutions, and implementing them.

Qualifications include:

• AAT, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or similar qualification.
• Strong controls bias and experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex analysis and reconciliations.
• Experience in statutory accounts preparation.
• Experience in managing external audit to tight deadlines.
