Empower is hiring a Finance Systems & Automation Analyst to modernize how we manage and use financial data. This role is ideal for someone who understands accounting but prefers to build tools and systems that make finance faster, more accurate, and scalable.
- Build and automate core accounting workflows.
- Partner with BI to structure financial data models and pipelines.
- Translate accounting and reporting needs into SQL- or Python-based tools.
- Aggregate and clean data from ERP and subledger systems.
- Create dashboards and tools.
- Support audits.
- Help manage finance systems.
- Improve internal controls.
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or data-focused role.
- Strong SQL skills; experience with Python or scripting tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
