Job Details
We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our global finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who’s excited to grow their expertise in FP&A and business partnering.
What You’ll Do
- 📈 Deliver data-driven insights to improve understanding of business performance, key drivers, and trends
- 📊 Support the Financial Performance Management team with routine reporting, variance analysis, and enhanced analytics
- 🤝 Collaborate with the Senior Finance Business Partner to partner with Product Marketing and Product Development
- 💡 Assist Product Managers in building strong business cases for new product initiatives
- 📅 Contribute to the forecasting and budgeting processes
- 📝 Prepare and review monthly financial commentary, ensuring clarity and relevance
- 🔍 Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic business decisions
- 🧮 Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting templates
- 🔄 Partner with Financial Control and Business Support teams to improve month-end processes
- 🛠️ Help design tools and processes to enhance FP&A output quality and efficiency
Who You Are
- 🎓 Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- 🚀 Have a strong interest in developing a career in Finance and a willingness to learn and grow
- 🧑💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, and financial modelling)
- 🔍 Able to interpret and connect data across multiple systems and sources
- 📊 Skilled at working with large data sets and turning data into actionable insights
- 🎯 Meticulous with strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- ⏱️ Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight deadlines
- 📈 Previous experience in FP&A, business analysis, or a similar role is a plus
