As a TBM Finance Lead, you will be a strategic partner driving the Technology Business Management (TBM) agenda across T&I and EGSO. You'll collaborate with IT, finance, and business leaders to strengthen TBM capabilities and deliver insights that improve cost transparency and value realization. You will lead efforts in analyzing IT consumption and spend, translating complex data into business strategies, and promoting continuous improvement.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly Magic Orange reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain dashboards and metrics to track spending and performance.
- Provide analytics, support financial planning, and promote collaboration.
- Communicate TBM results and insights.
- Assist with cost allocation and chargeback.
- Improve process efficiency and system automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in financial management within a technology-driven environment.
- Background in cost allocation, chargeback mechanisms, and financial reporting.
- Solid experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
Bonus:
- Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Power Queries.
- Knowledge of financial software and data visualization tools.
