Contractor Financiável Nature Solutions Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, passionate, creative, team-oriented and committed professional to be a Financible Nature Solutions (SBN) Coordinator.

The SBN Coordinator will be recruited and managed by WWF Namibia and will be responsible for the identification, piloting and implementation of SBN in the KAZA landscape.

Main responsibilities:

• Leadership and management: planning, budgeting, reporting, procurement, as well as monitoring, evaluation and learning.
• Accountability functions: timely reporting and support for monitoring and managing project budgets and expenses.
• Contracting and management of consultants.
• Leverage the experience of the consortium.
• Partnerships: Identify potential partnerships with civil society organizations or private sector partners.
• Coordination of pilot BNSs.
• Scaling up the identified BNS.
• Stakeholder engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Business.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, business development, private sector finance and/or impact investment.
• Proven experience in coordinating and developing Business Systems and sustainable financing mechanisms.
• Good understanding of the private and financial sectors.
• Experience with public donors is preferred.
• Ability to travel to KAZA Partner States.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
