The Role
The FP&A Analyst at Burkland will play a crucial role in driving strategic financial planning and analysis to support the client’s growth and profitability. This position involves developing and implementing financial models, forecasts, and key metrics dashboards while collaborating with senior management to provide insights into financial performance. The FP&A Analyst will present financial data to company leadership, Boards of Directors, and investors, and will work to improve financial processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, the role includes mentoring junior team members and ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations, all while contributing to the continuous improvement of financial operations at Burkland.
About You
- 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic decision support, ideally in a startup or high-growth company environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions like pivot tables, conditional formulas, and dashboards.
