Full-Time FP&A Manager

• Detailed labor, VCPU, site metrics and profitability.
• Facility cost analysis.
• Headcount and OPEX analysis and approvals.
• Month-end close analysis, board presentations, and other ad-hoc analysis as needed.

• Complete thorough analysis on the P&L each month.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting presentations for investors and the board.
• Prepare the annual operating plan.
• Collaborate with partners to strategize and report on weekly performance.
• Manage relationships with Operations team to build bottoms up forecasts.
• Provide insightful study of key operational business metrics.
• Utilize professional knowledge, business acumen, financial concepts, and company objectives to develop and improve models and procedures.
• Complete continuous improvement and automation in existing files and processes.
• Independently and proactively provides solutions to business needs.
• Analyze and help optimize investments behind key company strategies.
• Mentor new coworkers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related degree.
• 6-8 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or another related field.
• Excellent financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
