Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this role requires a highly analytical and ambitious finance professional to join our FP&A team focused on Technology & Corporate organizations.
Strategic role in forecasting, business planning, management reporting, and business analytics.
Oversee tools and processes to support company growth, interact frequently with the CFO, Finance Leadership Team, and other senior leaders.
Proven experience managing planning activities of a large, complex global company, change leader, and value-add business partner.
Responsibilities include overseeing annual and long-term planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close/reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast company performance.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Lead financial analysis of business decisions, recommending strategies to the Senior Director of FP&A, business partners, and executive leadership.
- Analyze operating results, prepare executive reports, and analyze financial effects of potential actions.
- Translate company/industry data into strategic insights to drive business decisions.
- Partner with business leaders to implement strategies achieving financial goals.
- Analyze and report on financial performance and KPIs.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare executive presentations.
- Manage a Senior Financial Analyst; provide mentorship and development opportunities.
Qualifications include 5+ years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility, scope, and leadership across multiple finance/FP&A functions, demonstrated growth in FP&A roles, bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or quantitative field.
Must have experience in business partnering and managing financial forecasts; experience with ERP and FP&A tools (e.g., NetSuite, OneStream).
Preferred background in corporate leadership development, investment banking, or consulting.
Skills include strong analytical/problem-solving skills, proactive/effective communication, financial modeling expertise, experience in identifying/implementing process efficiencies, strong leadership/interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
