Position: Freelance Digital Project Manager/Producer
Location: Remote
Type: Contract/Freelance
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of web projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and team members.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or Producer, particularly in web projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with web development processes and technologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
- Experience with blocking and tracking on digital website builds or refreshes.
- Some exposure to or management of the integration of AI-related technologies into the web dev lifecycle.
