Job Details
This role supports our Business Development team in building and expanding the Milestone One network and promoting new projects for Milestone One sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Investigators, Medical Institutions, and Milestone One clients (sponsors and CROs).
- Promote the Milestone One brand, acquiring new clinics and building a network of sites.
- Conduct research on potential clients to expand the network.
- Schedule meetings with Investigators, pharmaceutical, and CRO representatives to present business opportunities and Milestone One benefits.
- Assist the Marketing team in preparing promotional materials.
- Attend medical/pharmaceutical conferences and training workshops as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: College or university degree, life sciences preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a clinical environment (medical representative, SrCRA, site manager).
- Skills:
- Fluent English and local language
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and results orientation
- Teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Proficiency in MS Office
