Full-Time General Maintenance Technician

General Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining assigned property.

Duties Include:

• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration, cooking, and restaurant equipment.
• Performing maintenance on HVAC units, electrical systems, plumbing, exhaust fans, landscaping, lighting, signage, and exterior cleanliness.
• Providing emergency repairs of production equipment, as well as scheduled maintenance.
• Performing IT tasks like installing PULSE, setting up network drops, maintaining phone systems, and repairing computers.
• Reading manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Diagnosing problems, replacing/repairing parts, and testing/adjusting equipment.
• Performing regular preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Performing plumbing and carpentry functions.
• Coordinating maintenance of company vehicles.
• Using hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Reporting faulty operations, defective material, and unusual situations.
• Assisting with fire prevention.
• Operating company vehicles.
• Maintaining records and receipts for purchases, repairs, and service requests.
• Complying with safety regulations and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Completing daily/weekly/monthly assignments, inspections, and reports.
