Full-Time General Maintenance Technician

General Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining the assigned property. This includes:

• Performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration, cooking, and restaurant facility equipment.
• Performing duties according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes.
• Supporting site business goals and objectives.
• Install and maintain kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC units, electrical systems.
• Perform general facilities repairs, upgrades, and maintenance (plumbing, exhaust fans, landscaping, lighting, signage, exterior cleanliness).
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed (including production equipment).
• Perform IT skills including PULSE installation, Network drops, phone system maintenance, and computer repair.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust as needed.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and restaurant facilities.
• Perform plumbing and carpentry maintenance.
• Coordinate and direct maintenance of company vehicles.
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and unusual situations, and report them to proper supervision.
• Assist with fire prevention (checking fire suppression system, extinguisher certification).
• Operate company vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records and receipts.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly assignments, inspections, and reports.
