Full-Time General Maintenance Technician

General Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining each assigned property.

This includes:

• Installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration, cooking, and restaurant facility equipment, IT services.
• Following safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support site goals.
• Performing general facilities repairs (plumbing, exhaust fans, landscaping, lighting, signage, exterior cleanliness).
• Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Performing IT skills (PULSE installation, network drops, phone system maintenance, computer repair).
• Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders.
• Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing, and adjusting.
• Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Performing plumbing and carpentry functions.
• Coordinating maintenance of company vehicles.
• Using hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Detecting faulty operations, defective material, and reporting unusual situations to supervision.
• Assisting with fire prevention.
• Operating company vehicle.
• Maintaining accurate records and receipts for purchases, repairs, and service requests.
• Complying with safety regulations and maintaining a clean work area.
• Completing daily/weekly/monthly assignments, inspections, and reports.
