Full-Time Global Customer Experience Analyst

• Monitoring, correcting, and releasing purchase orders submitted via EDI and GFAX.
• Communicating customer master updates to Commercial Operations.
• Providing key customer information to EDI customers.
• Maintaining the EDI Product Catalog.
• Assisting with the creation of accurate EDI rules.
• Participating in group sessions to enhance EDI service levels.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service and support.
• Manually allocating customer purchase orders and managing customer collections.
• Addressing customer complaints or concerns.
• Answering complex questions related to International Trade Compliance.
• Providing data and reporting support.
• Offering innovative ideas to improve the customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of EDI experience within the GHX platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
