Full-Time Global ERP Systems Analyst

• Structure SELECT statements to query a SQL database and understand data flow through end-to-end process
• Report writing and troubleshooting
• Formulate ad-hoc SQL Queries.
• Assist with development of new IS policies and procedures within Infor Visual ERP
• Monitor automated processes within Infor Visual ERP
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL Stored Procedures
• Provide escalated global user support and assist users in proper use of the system.

• System Analysis Skills. Solid knowledge of business information systems. Working knowledge of ERP business software applications, preferably Infor Visual. Familiarity with SQL Server and SSRS. Understanding of Quote to Cash process flows in manufacturing companies.
• Core People Skills. Ability to positively interact and work collaboratively with a diverse group of people at all levels of the organization.
• Communication Skills. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listen and obtain clarification, and respond well to questions. Proficiency in writing clearly and concisely and editing work for spelling and grammar. Ability to consult with stakeholders, explain technical details and provide exceptional customer service to users.
• Computer/Applications Skills. Proficient computer skills using a variety of software applications systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & SQL Server products. Experience with SQL, SQL Server, and SSRS writing and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Core Business Skills. Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion in handling proprietary and confidential information. Ability to work independently, without significant direction and to use resources effectively to “figure it out”. Strong critical thinking skills, judgment and keen attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
• Travel. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%. Valid U.S. Passport and driver’s license, or ability to obtain.
