Primary Responsibilities:
1.Play a critical role in ensuring the quality of data processes across all regions. Collaborating with teams globally to maintain high standards, meet regulatory accreditation and system requirements, and support the continuous improvement of technical, operational and systems requirements.
2.As a key member of the Global Product & Quality Management Team, implement and oversee the Global KPI monitoring processes to ensure compliance with global requirements at an affiliate level.
3.Support the team with analysis of accreditation related support data
4.Act as central contact for affiliates and third parties seeking specific technical information or data requests ensuring requests are shared with relevant members of the team.
5.Perform other tasks in support of BA Business Unit activity defined by the Global Compliance Manager or Global Head of QHSE.
Specific Responsibilities:
- The Global Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring Affiliates adhere to internal KPI related to international standards and regulations.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues, implement mandatory improvements, and promote continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends across different regions as required.
- Maintain and centralise documentation and records for audits, certifications, and compliance processes.
- Generate Global KPI data using multiple internal platforms, including but not limited to excel, SharePoint PowerBI query
- Present findings and recommendations to Global Product & Quality Management Team for strategic decision-making.
- Interrogate and summaries Global KPIs for Global, Regional and individual Affiliate performance results. Using comparison of previously generated data, and advanced data awareness to highlight to the Global Compliance Manager concerns or data / report inaccuracies.
- Using collected data prepare a summary of global and QHSE data.
- Generate periodical reports (e.g. Transition Reports, ISO Survey data) sharing with the team or SGS BA network where relevant.
- Analyse data for data accuracy and report anomalies to relevant managers.
- Maintain documentation and records for audits, certifications, and compliance processes.
- Identify areas for improvement based on quality data analysis.
- Propose and implement process optimization to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality-related issues globally.
- Prepare regular reports on global quality performance, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Raise Mandatory Improvement Requests where necessary.
- Liaise with the BA IT team in relation to proposed system changes.
- Participate in and support global training and best practice webinars
- Maintenance and oversight of Global Product & Quality Management SharePoint Databases including recording of Global KPI results
- Perform other tasks in connection with BA Business activity defined by the Global Compliance Manager.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a quality analyst or similar role or within the certification industry with technical knowledge, with exposure to global multinational companies.
- Understanding of certification and accreditation processes and requirements
- Fluency in English and another language is plus.
- A solid understanding of Management System certification and accreditation structures and requirements
- Understanding of global regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 17021-1)
