Job Details
Eurofins PSS is looking for a team member to assist with publication submissions and document management. This role involves:
- Preparing submissions in eSubmitter or relevant Agency web-based systems.
- Providing electronic document importing support and archiving for VMRD.
- Uploading electronic documents and metadata into Veeva Vault.
- Reviewing documents for submission quality.
- Performing page merge/extractions using PDF and zip files.
- Completing document information checks for documents signed within Veeva Vault.
- Assisting with ordering, securing, and archiving Literature References.
- Assisting with the assembly and document sourcing in support with Agency (FDA, EPA) submissions.
- Submitting regulated Agency documents, to tight deadlines and high-quality standards.
Candidate should adhere to the use of submission publishing and document management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance. Work with the submission publishing team to ensure that all assigned submission requirements and timelines are mutually understood and in line with corporate standards and deadlines for submission delivery.
