Full-Time Grants Expense Management Coordinator

Job Overview: In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate payments to physicians and hospitals for their participation in global clinical research programs.

Responsibilities:

• Review Investigator Grant budget against Clinical Study Protocol.
• Develop country-specific site payment templates.
• Review, revise, and approve site-specific grant budgets.
• Liaise with startup group on budget negotiations.
• Liaise with Legal on Clinical Trial Agreement wording.
• Compile reports based on negotiated budgets.
• Revise budgets based on protocol amendments.
• Revise country-specific templates.
• Approve amended budgets.
• Set up grant payment modules.
• Maintain tracking tools for calculations and administration.
• Monitor timely payments.
• Act as communication point for internal/external customers.
• Participate in payment procedure development.
• Provide data for Sunshine Act reporting.
• Provide status reports to Project Manager/client.
• Provide site-specific trainings.
• Perform interim and final site payments reconciliations.
• Manage site payments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in clinical trials.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with large datasets.
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• University degree preferred.
• International experience preferred.
