Full-Time Growth & Insights Specialist

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to join our Growth team.

This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve key business metrics, generating actionable insights, and driving initiatives in collaboration with regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth across different markets.
• Translate data into actionable insights, creating clear recommendations for business improvement.
• Work closely with regional teams to align, prioritize, and implement growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Influence stakeholders through strong business cases and clear communication.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in Strategy, Growth, Business Analysis, Consulting, or similar roles, with mandatory previous experience in the sports industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of business performance metrics, KPIs, and growth levers.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
• Track record of driving projects through influence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
