ServiceNow is seeking a detail-oriented GTM Operations Analyst to serve as a business analyst across the go-to-market flow, connecting strategy to execution.
What you get to do in this role:
- Identify, diagnose, and streamline complex go-to-market processes.
- Translate business needs into requirements for planning, content, and activation systems.
- Map existing workflows, document pain points, and collaborate with partners to redesign processes.
- Validate data flows and processes align to business requirements.
- Support governance of workflows across planning, budgeting, content operations, and delivery.
- Analyze enhancement requests and prioritize those that drive efficiency gains.
- Document process improvements, develop training, and ensure teams understand new workflows.
- Partner across teams to enable seamless flow from strategic planning through activation and performance measurement.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a business analyst.
- 6+ years of experience working across the go-to-market lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success in diagnosing inefficiencies and designing solutions.
- 6+ years of experience with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, ServiceNow, CRM systems, and analytics technologies.
- Proven ability to analyze end-to-end processes and propose improvements.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- An AI-native mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
