About the Role: We seek an experienced leader to head the content marketing function. You will develop and execute a content strategy, communicating our value propositions to students, parents, and educators. From reports to video and social, make content a strategic advantage.
What You Will Do:
- Build and guide a comprehensive content strategy (B2B & B2C) across all channels.
- Position Niche as a category leader through high-quality, data-driven content (white papers, guides, reports, etc.).
- Lead and mentor a high-performing content team and freelancers.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Research, Design, and PR to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee content distribution, focusing on efficiency, growth, and customer retention.
- Implement SEO best practices and leverage AI to scale content.
- Experiment with new channels and formats to find growth levers.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize strategies.
- Ensure B2B content supports revenue goals through ABM initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years of content strategy/digital marketing experience, with 5+ years of management experience.
- Success overseeing successful social content strategy.
- Experience in high-growth technology companies is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful content strategies driving measurable results.
- Expertise in short-form video, social media, and performance-driven marketing.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-informed approach to strategy optimization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation.
Compensation: $142,800-$178,600 base salary, plus annual bonus and stock options. Compensation commensurate with experience.
