Would you like to lead the dental nurse agenda across the dental industry? This transformative leadership role aims to elevate the value and career opportunities for dental nurses. As an internal champion and external brand ambassador, you'll partner with various teams and represent PortmanDentex to dental care professionals and industry bodies. You'll inspire change in dental nurse engagement, career pathways, and professional recognition. Key accountabilities include:
- Strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement: Developing and delivering a long-term strategy to reimagine dental nurse experience.
- External influence: Acting as a public speaker and thought leader.
- Learning & development: Creating and evaluating training pathways.
- Clinical support and operational efficiency: Enabling dental nurses to work to the full scope of their practice.
- Community building: Leading the Dental Nurse Forum and engagement initiatives.
- Operational support: Partnering with Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.
- GDC-registered Dental Nurse with clinical and leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to travel across the UK and Ireland
