Who You Are: Dynamic finance leader with experience in tech and startups. You steer the financial ship of a high-growth company, navigate complexities with confidence, and create financial strategies that fuel growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategy.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting.
- Manage global financial operations (accounting, tax, payroll).
- Partner with leadership on fundraising and investor relations.
- Identify and implement cost optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance and prepare financial reports.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
- Collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications: 10+ years experience in financial management, focus on tech/startups. Proven track record in financial planning, fundraising, and global operations. Strong understanding of SaaS, subscription-based revenue, and cost management.
Skills Required: Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Experience with international payroll and multi-jurisdictional financial operations. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership and communication skills. Advanced proficiency with financial tools and systems.
Salary: $175,000 - $240,000 (USD) + equity
