About the Role: Seeking a seasoned Head of PMO to lead the project management office for the insurance initiative. This role will ensure launch on time, on budget, and at a high standard of quality.

Compensation Range: This is a contract/consulting role. The hourly range for the role is $90-$125/hr.
About the Role: Seeking a seasoned Head of PMO to lead the project management office for the insurance initiative. This role will ensure launch on time, on budget, and at a high standard of quality.
What You'll Do:
- Establish and Run the PMO: Build and own the end-to-end program plan, governance cadence, risk management, and reporting structure.
- Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with business, clinical, legal, technology, revenue cycle, and external partners.
- Steering Committee Engagement: Prepare and present program updates to senior leadership.
- Hands-On Program Delivery: Manage scope, resources, and risks to keep the initiative on track.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in project and program management
- Experience leading large-scale healthcare initiatives
- Familiarity with payor integration, revenue cycle, and compliance in a healthcare context
- Background in top-tier management consulting is a strong plus
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
Compensation Range: This is a contract/consulting role. The hourly range for the role is $90-$125/hr.
