We’re creating a fractional recruiting division to help growth-stage companies hire better, faster, and smarter. We’re looking for a strategic leader to recruit and design playbooks and processes.
This is a flexible part-time role to start, evolving to full-time with 40% recruiting and 60% leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with client leadership teams to scope and execute recruiting strategies.
- Build and optimize the infrastructure of a new fractional recruiting division.
- Lead client-facing recruiting projects end-to-end.
- Collaborate with Atomus leadership on business development.
- Manage and mentor sourcers/recruiters.
- Serve on the Atomus leadership team.
- Ensure client experience is exceptional.
What Will Make You Successful:
- Experience: 8+ years in recruiting, SaaS and tech industry experience required.
- Startup Mindset: Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch.
- Client-Centric: Strong presence with leadership teams.
- Leadership: Track record of building and leading recruiting teams.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Tools: Comfortable with ATS and sourcing platforms.
- Creativity: Identify and engage passive candidates.
