The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in the development, management, and analysis of data related to Unitek Learning’s Workforce Development Division operations and its partnerships with healthcare organizations. This role requires a skilled data analyst with an understanding of business intelligence (BI) tools, data visualization, and strategic reporting. The primary focus will be working with the business development team to research and analyze healthcare trends and use findings for sales strategies and presentations.
Market Research, Sales Enablement & Presentation Management:
- Conduct in-depth research on new markets, healthcare industry trends, workforce supply and demand, and staffing challenges to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze competitor offerings, emerging industry needs, and regional workforce dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop compelling data-driven sales materials, presentations, and reports to articulate Unitek Learning’s value proposition and impact.
- Project manage custom pitch deck development, ensuring tailored presentations delivered to the sales team on time.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging and align presentations with strategic objectives.
- Maintain a library of sales assets, templates, and data-driven insights to support efficient pitch development.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of data related to operations and corporate partnerships.
- Utilize business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and CRMs to develop and maintain data dashboards and reports.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on partnership performance, student outcomes, and market conditions.
- Perform trend analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners to understand their data needs and reporting requirements.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of CRM and BI tools.
Reporting & Strategic Decision Support:
- Prepare and deliver regular internal reports on corporate partnership performance (metrics: funding, student recruitment & retention, job placement, and partnership growth).
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and partnership engagement through data-driven insights.
- Support leadership in informed decisions regarding new partnerships, investments, and resource allocation.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across BI systems and reports.
- Monitor and enforce data governance practices to maintain data accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes and data quality across the organization.
Training & Support:
- Train Unitek staff and external partners on BI tools, dashboards, and reports to promote data-driven decision-making.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure users can effectively interpret and act on the data.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The annual pay range for this position is $70k (minimum), $75k (midpoint), and $80k (maximum).
Typical hiring range is between the minimum and midpoint of the above pay range. Actual starting base pay may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, location and budget.
Business needs may require this position to be a hybrid modality in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. Experience working in higher education, workforce development, or healthcare industry is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and integrating BI tools with these systems; strong Excel skills
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to diverse audiences.
Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, with an emphasis on consistency, accuracy, and quality.
Preferred Skills: Understanding of the healthcare education landscape or workforce development solutions. Knowledge of academic and student lifecycle metrics, including marketing, admissions and retention. Experience with SQL, statistical analysis and data modeling.
Working Environment: Collaborative, team-oriented environment within a dynamic, high growth setting. Occasional travel may be required. Flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model, depending on departmental policies.
