You will report to the Senior Hearing Manager.

What you'll be doing:
In addition to preparing witnesses for the hearing process, the Hearing Coordinator is responsible for all administrative tasks related to the hearing process such as:
- Ensuring all employer documents are submitted for hearing
- Register witnesses for hearing with state agencies
- Request postponements when employer witnesses are unavailable
- Provide analysis of potential further appeals on unfavorable hearing decisions
- Submit appeals and briefs to Board of Review or Commission level
What your background looks like:
- 3 years or more experience with unemployment claims and appeals process
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
