Job Details

Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient operation of IT systems and resolving technical issues promptly.

  • Provide first-level technical support via various channels (portal, email, phone, in-person)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network issues
  • Monitor IT systems and applications for availability and performance
  • Manage service requests and incidents using a ticketing system, adhering to SLAs
  • Develop user guides and training materials; provide user training
  • Manage hardware and software inventory; order equipment; install and configure systems and software
  • Configure and maintain network operating systems, data communication applications, and wired/wireless networks
  • Enforce security policies and procedures; manage IT security solutions (antivirus, firewall, backups); ensure data protection and compliance
  • Identify process improvement opportunities; generate IT support reports and performance metrics
  • Perform preventive maintenance on computer systems; stay updated on relevant technology and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any other equivalent/relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in the area or similar, preferably in the context of a tech company
  • Strong time management, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Good level of English, spoken and written.
