Job Details
We're seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to support our Canada and U.S. teams. You'll ensure smooth people processes and supported employees.
Duties and responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations for Canada and U.S. employees.
- Own the onboarding and offboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate performance reviews.
- Answer employee questions about HR topics.
- Support culture initiatives.
- Generate reports and support compliance tracking.
- Partner with the HR Director on projects.
- Ensure clear communication.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources or Administration.
- 3+ years of HR experience (cross-border experience a plus).
- Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. employment standards and benefits.
- Experience with an HRIS system (ADP preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a people-first attitude.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Multitasking and time management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a tech or cybersecurity company.
- Knowledge of HR compliance in multiple provinces/states.
- Familiarity with remote/hybrid work environments.
- Located in the Greater Montreal sector.
