Contractor HR Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the performance review cycle process
• Drive the engagement survey process from creation to execution and analytics afterwards
• Experience with people analytics to measure the impact of initiatives alongside industry best practices (Kirkpatrick, ADDIE)
• Collaborate to design, develop, track and report on both talent development and culture initiatives
• Ensure alignment between talent development initiatives and performance management process to ensure best-practice approaches
• Conduct educational and training sessions across various business units and levels
• Serve as culture champion to bring the organization's culture to life, showcase corporate values and inspire employee engagement
• Use effective storytelling to articulate our culture and boost employee engagement.
• Drive strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Monitor and track success metrics in employee programs through annual employee engagement surveys.
• Curate and communicate messages about behaviors, stories &  initiatives that showcase our values, cultural norms, and encapsulate the essence of our organization.
• Collaborate with leadership and the People Team to develop and implement sustainable programming that enhances the employee experience and feeling of belonging throughout their lifecycle within the organization.
• Partner with HR teams to gather customer feedback and then translate it into strategic initiatives

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably within a high-tech environment.
• 5+ years of ownership of employee engagement and performance manage on a global scale
• 3+ years experience with qualitative and quantitative data to drive business results with people analytics experience preferred
• Proven expertise in Talent Management and Talent Development.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written &  verbal) and presentation skills
• Excellent project &  program management skills, with a proven track record of managing projects particularly cross functionally
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-starter proactive, collaborative and resourceful who owns and drives their initiatives
