Part-Time HR Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and a passion for supporting employees? Optotune, a global leader in adaptive optical systems, is looking for an HR Specialist to remotely join our team in Switzerland.

Tasks

• Responsibility for personnel administration from entry to exit of Swiss employees (data management, coordination of trainings, references, etc.)
• Responsibility for the absence management process (filing of certificates, controlling, link to insurance/payroll)
• Managing & Supervision of the time tracking system (Namely Time)
• Correspondence with authorities and external partners (payroll)
• Contact person and 1st level support for employees and supervisors on HR issues (employee inquiries by mail/HR mailbox)
• Coordination of employee meeting invites (Management updates etc.)

Requirements

• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn some basics of Swiss labour law and common HR processes
• Communicative and open personality
• Service-oriented way of working
• Digital affinity & proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook
• Good knowledge of English
