Job Details
- Lead Hybris Migration Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Hybris platform migration initiatives.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project success.
- Migration Strategy Development: Design and implement migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate testing phases to validate the success of migration efforts.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Support SF bay area team plus Korea time meetings as needed
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least 9+ years of working experience in program management or related roles
- Client facing experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and tools (Hybris experience a plus)
- Bilingual – Korean and English fluent
