IAO Assistance Consultant
Provide telephone and on-site support to RTR users (Romania and Turkey) for IAO programs and applications.
Transfer knowledge and provide training on programs and applications, according to client rules and methodologies.
Maintain regular communication with Corporate teams and transmit relevant information to users.
Provide functional support related to design and quality, while respecting client standards.
Address user requests in case of major difficulties with applications.
Identify and report technical malfunctions to application or network administrators.
Participate in tests in case of malfunctions or application updates.
Organize and lead tutoring sessions to help users deepen their knowledge of NewPDM.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Industrial Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of IAO Product applications (CATIA V5; V6; PQA; E3D), PDM (NPDM - Numerical Mockup, Process, DOCING, TESTING, CALCUL; SIGNE, One TD, One View, LUP, Process (CAD layout, LINX; ROBCAD; GEOM; SISPEO, Fcomp; ProSPR; DOC Process; SACDICA; GEDELEC; CARELEC; DELMIA D5), Visview, Okyz, SELFWEB, Adobe Pro Extended, ServiceNow
