Full-Time ICFR Compliance Testing Lead

Reporting to the ICFR Controls Testing Manager, the Controls Testing Lead will support the development of the testing methodology for critical financial key controls across the Experian Global business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute controls testing plans.
• Communicate, agree and monitor gaps in controls, aligning with Experian risk management and collaborating with assurance functions.
• Support Controls Testing Manager in developing testing methodologies, risk universe, and integrated reporting.
• Support Controls Testing Manager in identifying and prioritizing testing activities.
• Collaborate with ICFR team and finance stakeholders.
• Plan and execute control tests, coordinating reviews with stakeholders, managing analysts, and ensuring quality alignment with methodology.
• Prepare draft reports, advise business on solutions, and engage subject matter experts in action plans.
• Present results to senior management for buy-in and action.
• Coordinate activities throughout the review lifecycle with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics team to identify opportunities for converting manual to analytics-based testing.
• Collaborate with analytics team to adjust and improve models, following up on results.
• Support 1LOD with issues remediation and validation.
• Provide feedback to design and implementation teams on learnings.

Qualifications:

• Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Audit background (external or internal) and/or corporate experience in assurance, internal controls, or risk.
• 4+ years experience in audit and accounting firm.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of IT systems and operations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
