Job Details

Purpose: Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and create tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) to maintain service according to KPIs and internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM, DOM). 2nd level environment.

What Will You Do?

  • Ticket dispatching
  • First Level & Remote Support
  • Azure Administration
  • Execute projects and deliverables to meet KPIs and requests
  • Ensure smooth and uninterrupted customer environment
  • Adhere to internal work instructions and process guidelines
  • Follow escalation standards for deviations
  • Investigate incident root causes and initiate corrective actions
  • Communicate regularly with colleagues internationally
  • Coordinate internal and vendor support for troubleshooting
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Train and educate other employees
  • Perform team-specific non-technical tasks (quality/process/reporting)

You Will Succeed If You:

  • Have Secondary education
  • Have 1 year experience in ICT Application Operation & Management
  • Have Advanced IT/PC literacy
  • Have Intermediate HW/SW overview
  • Have Intermediate Microsoft Azure experience
  • Are communicative, team player, analytical, with training/mentoring and presentation skills
  • Speak English (B2/C1) and German (B1/B2)
  • Have an overview of ITIL processes

Possible Specialization: Participation in on-call duties, independent incident and error resolution within expertise.

Salary: Negotiable, base salary depending on seniority and experience. Base salary minimum 1050€/brutto.
