Job Details
PurposeIndependently check, execute, solve problems, and create tickets (problem, change management, incident, delivery order) to maintain customer service according to KPIs and internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM, DOM). 2nd and 3rd level environment.
What will you do?
- 2nd and 3rd level INM support
- Maintain smooth and uninterrupted customer environment operations
- Adhere to internal work instructions and process guidelines within DTAG
- Follow escalation standards for deviations
- Investigate incident root causes and implement corrective actions
- Record, evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, test, implement, document, and review complex changes
- Act as technical lead, solve problems, coordinate activities, and deliver results to meet KPIs and management requests across related technologies
- Serve as single point of contact for at least one customer, area, or technology
- Regular/irregular communication with colleagues in international environment to ensure operational goals
- Coordinate internal/vendor support for troubleshooting, maintenance, and efficient end-user support
- Train and mentor other employees
- Create and maintain documentation
- Perform team-specific non-technical tasks (quality/process/reporting) to support daily operations
You will succeed if you:
- Have secondary education
- Have knowledge in Networks (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Azure virtual Networks), Firewall (e.g., Checkpoint, Azure Firewall)
- Have valid certification in given technology (Cisco certification - advantage)
- Are communicative, a team player, with analytical thinking, training/mentoring, and presentation skills
- Speak English - Upper Intermediate (B2) and German - advantage
- Have an overview of ITIL processes
Possible specialization: Participation in on-call duties, independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors within defined expertise.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable. Base salary depends on seniority and experience, with a minimum of 1050 € /brutto. Variable part and other financial benefits are also provided.
