Job Details
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be part of a motivated and highly skilled team that designs, develops, deploys, personalizes, and supports client onboardings. Responsibilities include:
- Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients.
- Participate in functional and technical working groups.
- Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Design and deliver key stakeholder training.
- Basic project management tasks.
- Drive integration requirements and analysis workshops.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial/accounting concepts.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability and availability for travel (10-20%).
