Full-Time Implementation Specialist

Join our Fitness and Wellbeing vertical as an Onboarding Specialist.

Reporting to the Onboarding Manager, you will help launch new clients onto our platform, giving every client a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding processes from start to finish.
• Spearhead all client communications.
• Translate client needs into actionable solutions.
• Consult clients on technical best practices and propose solutions leveraging the Mariana Tek platform.
• Configure platform settings accurately.
• Create mobile applications.
• Assist with onboarding process improvements.
• Conduct quality assurance testing of client websites and platform configurations.
• Analyze data using Excel for testing and validating success.

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS preferred
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation or customer service.
• Experience in a startup or SaaS company preferred.
• Experience with Wordpress, Squarespace, HTML, CSS, and/or JS preferred.
• Excel analysis experience preferred.
• Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to wrangle, prioritize, and execute large task lists.
• Thrive creating order out of chaos and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via Slack).
• Highly analytical and using data to make informed decisions.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 (base).
