Job Details
Join our Xplor Pay team as an Implementation Specialist to make a real impact every day. The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in onboarding new merchant customers on payment processing solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs welcome calls and conducts setup process with new merchants.
- Provide orientation to Xplor Pay support sites post-onboarding process.
- Guide customers in logging into the online merchant portal reporting tool
- Educate merchants on PCI compliance and Self-Assessment
- Trains merchants on utilizing the Xplor Pay Virtual Terminal.
- Troubleshoot and configure credit card terminals.
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve merchant issues.
- Navigate multiple systems and tools while providing real-time support.
- Acquire the necessary knowledge on product offerings and processing solutions to ensure a high-level of merchant customer experience.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by your manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in merchant services technical support, strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of credit card processing terminal/software types.
