Full-Time Implementation Specialist Mexico

Implementation Specialist, Mexico is responsible for ensuring successful POS deployments for enterprise customers in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs and configure tailored POS solutions.
• Perform system installations and upgrades.
• Deliver on-site and remote training for smooth transitions.
• Ensure POS solutions meet unique customer specifications.
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects.
• Perform system configurations and on-site testing.
• Install POS hardware and test connectivity.
• Perform POS version upgrades.
• Report critical issues and escalate them to appropriate internal teams.
• Provide guidance and consultative support to customers.
• Deliver remote support post-implementation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and submit project reports.
• Attend training to stay updated on Shiji PMS developments.
• Language Skills: Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years in Hospitality/Hotel IT or related field, experience with hospitality POS systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft and Windows, system setup and installation.
• Travel Requirements: Up to 75% travel within the Americas, potential for on-site periods up to six weeks.
• Other Requirements: Valid passport, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), customer focus, willingness for on-call support (evenings, weekends, holidays), ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical, hospitality, or business field.
